Allahabad Bank — money not refunded

On 23rd i purchased a watch from amazon but i cancelled it soon the money got deducted from my account but it doesn't get refund while amazon claims that they had refunded the money they provide the refund no. While i tried several time to contact with allahabad bank through email and phone number bt they don't give proper evidence. Last payment of self IMPS on 08/09/2018 is not transfer till right now.It is very bad why you Everytime you detect money my A/C ¬ transfer to other A/C so plz kindly request my complain plz transfer the money as soon as you.
