Allahabad Bank — my 5400 rupees reduced from my account, i'm not withdrawal that money

My 5400 rupees has dedused from my account from delhi at saidulajab axis atm centre.
I withdraw money at 6pm yesterday from atm machine but their some problem in that bank bcs other withdraw their money easily. I was try 3-4 times. But unable to withdraw money.
After that i got a message at 11:30pm that withdraw money and money get debited from my account.

I want back return of my money that i am not withdraw... Its machine fault or more
