Allahabad Bank — my money is deducted from my account but i don't receive refund the transaction was failed

I transfer money through phonepe the transaction was failed the money is deducted from my account but i don't receive my refund my money is deducted on octob hiser 4, 2019 still i don't get the refund. My account number is [protected] the amount which is deducted from my account is of rs 576 plz i need the money i also call to phonepe customer care they said the problem should be solved by the bank onlyr
