Allahabad Bank — my money was deducted on my account

My money was deducted while i adding money on paytm through net banking.. But my money wasn't added on paytm. So i go to bank and the banker says it takes time approximately 7 days.. It's more than 7 days nd ur customer care no. Doesn't connected.. What can i do?? Plzzz give my money back.. Your customer care number was not connected.. I continuously calling from last 7 days.. Can u give my money back on my account??
