Allahabad Bank — my payment not received in bank a/c

In february my last call to allahabad bank they told me that my payment is pending and these will get cleared within 45 days but 45 days is already done and 2 weeks ago,, my payment is not transferred in my account and i trying to call allahabad bank but no response from them so i am trying to send email or message to this number my payment is 605.10 rupees
