Allahabad Bank — my refunded money is not reflected in my account account no [protected]

Dear sir / ma'am
I the refund was initiated at 23-feb-2019 but money still not showing in my account. Refund reference no[protected].
The website message me that my money will reflect in my account by 28-feb-2019 but it is not showing till today
So please help me as soon as possible.
And one older money is also not reflected in my account

Dear sir/mam rs. 236 is deducted from my account without ant notification on dated 09/03/2019 and also no any message from bank respect to this transection.
