Allahabad Bank — non renewal of debit card. staff non communicative | |||
I am a senior citizen my debit card expired on 9/18. I sent the card through my representative with authority letter for renewal. Instead i was asked to fill a farm for lost card further i was asked to appear in person which i did on 2 november 2018. Now i was asked to fill an application for issue new of debit card which i did. On submission of this application i am told that card will be post to my registered address. As per rbi instructions senior citizen is supposed to be attented at priority. But here the staff was rude and non communicative required prodding to get response. Further i learnt that renewal of debit card is automatic. I was therefore unnessarily harrassed. I’m unable to use my atm card for past one month. Sb acct no [protected].
