Allahabad Bank — Not handing ATM Card and Misbehaviour

My Mother had applied for ATM card in the month of Feb'21 at the Old Station Square Branch, BBSR. Since my mother was suffering from Arthritis and was unable to walk had requested for the delivery of the ATM at home which is nearby to the branch..
The ATM has not been delivered till date and every time some or the other reason is being citied for not delivering the card.
On frequent follow-up, I am being misbehaved by the branch staff.

Kindly look into the issue asap.
