Allahabad Bank — poor customer service / attitude to the customer | |||
It is mission row branch of allahabad bank, where they do not prefer to update passbooks of both their own branch customers as well as of other branches. Is there any rule that the other branch's customers' passbooks will be updated post 10th of every calender month!!! Or it it the rule circulated by the concerned lady staff, whose attitude is the most careless... Today also i have visited the branch twice but she gave the excuse that the concern staff who does that particular job, was not there in the branch however, the last time also she did it... I don't think that this is the error of the entire branch but the other staffs were along with her were too much busy in gossiping!!! This is the reason why the public feel dissatisfied with the nationalized bank!!! I have borrowed home loan from your esteemed bank, eager to shift the entire relationship with you this is the callous service that you are offering. Hope my concern will be taken care of & i will get the revert accordingly. Needless to say that it will affect your reputation if anybody publishes the same in social media...
