Allahabad Bank — refund not received

I returned an order which i ordered from amazon. The product name : obbi set of floral printed pure copper water bottle 1000ml and 2 copper printed glasses (3 such items i had ordered). Amazon informed that from their end refund has been processed on monday 5th august, 2019 at time 12:28pm (Ist)... The authirization code (Refund referrence number) for the transaction is :[protected].
Can you please refund the amount to my card as soon as possible??
