My self vivek singh. I have cancelled the some items of rupees 1870 through online purchasing in amazon on 4th april 2019 but the amount is not credited in my account. I talk to amazon customer care and customer care says that money has been sent to your give the reference number authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. After talking to amazon, i talked to allahabad bank's customer care but they refused to give any information based on the reference number. I m totally harassed so i request you please resolve this problem immediately thanking you.
