Even after submitting the KYC documents and amount in the saving account, the account is in still inactive status. The amount is submitted on the 26th of Nov 2021. KYC form is submitted on the 16th Nov 2021. The submitted amount is now reflected in the account but the account status remained inactive as per the bank officials. As per bank officials, it will take more than 1-2 months before the account will get active. I am not able to understand, even after submitting the KYC and amount as per policies, the account should get activated. If the amount gets updated in the account then its status should be changed to active. I am not sure who is hiding details here, the bank or the bank officials.
