Allahabad Bank — the bank is not returning my amount back

Recently i get cheated by a guy who pretend to sell his car in olx website
Incident happend on 15th July.
The guy told that he is from ooty and he needs to sold his car. He collected all the original documents of the car from the original owner and made the ad in the same website olx. The same documents shared over to me in whatsapp and i made him online transfer thrice where i have all the conversations that he spoken with me in whatsapp. I made a redressal complaint in there website and after long week process now that they are saying that they cant reveal the third party details. Also has mailed several times to their head office, kolkata but no response from the redressal team head.
I dont need the third party details and i need my money back as it is hard earned. Kindly call my father in law for any kind of details [protected] Mr.Swaminathan. Has complained an FIR against this guy. But surely this bank can do some justice. Can able to provide any kind of details they need.

I reached atm for debited 10000rs. but unfortunately when I put pin in atm at same time ATM's light had gone and from my account 10000 balance has been deduct.
I was complaining in bank from last more than 15 days but still no any response from bank. I am calling in bank many more times, but nothing satisfaction response from them.

Like this my many refunded amount are trap in bank From last a year. But still no balance are credit in my account.
Now I'm very frustrate from this bank.
