Allahabad Bank — transaction declined by atm but rs 4200 debited

I, mir anser ali, account no. [protected], beg to inform you that today on 11/8/2017 i am tried to withdraw an amount of rs. 4200 through atm, which is situated at dubrajpur kamarshal more, near dubrajpur police station, dubrajpur, birbhum but the transaction is declined by atm and tried again but failed. But message received that debited rs. 4200.
So, please see the matter and solve it as early as possible. Thanking you.
