Sir i have transferred rs. 25000/- through my phonepe account no [protected]. Details of txn are as under :-

Sir the amount is still not credited to beneficiary's account. A complaint is lodged with phonepe but phonepe has denied to take any action and simply replied that a time of six month has passed. I have requested so many times and i am getting same reply your txn had successful and we are not responsible for this. I have approached both the banks already they are denied and replied we are not having any amount with us. Phone pe is giving me utr no every time and in bank they had replied, their utr no is different and we can't check it on our system so you contact phone pe.

Please find the attachment and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
