Allahabad Bank — unprofessional and arrogant staff

My parents are having three accounts in allahabad bank including lian account. Today my mother went to allahabad bank zirakpur branch to submit cash in all three accounts. There is a teller mr. Rana. He was having trouble in depositing the cash and insulted my mother that she is not allowed to submit cash in all three accounts in one go and she can deposit cash in one account at one time and is supposed to stand in line again.

I think he is having so much work load and is facing so much burden.

I request you to take serious action against him and make sure that this thing will not happen in future again.
