Allahabad Bank — unsuccessful transaction of atm amount is not received the my account

Respected sir.
With due respect i state that i nageshwar das of saving account holder in your branch. My account no. Is [protected]. On dated 12/01/2018 at 1730 hrs. I withdrawed rs. Seven thousand (Rs 7000) from atm of allahabad bank but my cash transaction was unsuccess. I informed to the branch about it through a application on dated 15/01/2018. I visited the branch personally & bank staff said your amount was withdrawen on this date. But i did not receive the money from the atm.
Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action for the refund of my money and transfer to my account. Any confusion about this matter please check the cctv footage and see the reality.
For this i shall be thanks ful & obelized.
