Respected sir, I am bishwarup ghosh an account holder of your bank (Dechapara branch, bharatpur, murshidabad), from my account no [protected], rs 12000 has been debited wrongly from my atm, (First time 5000 and second time 7000) to sbi atm at katwa at 7:33 pm and 7:41pm on[protected]. 3000 has been refunded bt still 3000 has not been refunded give it back it's an emergency

I am Allahabad bank account holder. Yesterday I swiped my atm in SBI atm machine to withdraw 3000 money didn't come out, I tried again and sme problem.. I checked my account and I was shocked 6000 has been deducted from my accnt. I want my money back it's an emergency.
