Allahabad Development Authority Allahabad (U.p) — Land Registered in 2011 Stay imposed through Honorable High Court

I am a retired person aged 65. I have got a land through Allahabad Development Authority (ADA) in shantipuram avaas yojna, phaphamau in 2011 and got it registered through ADA. Now when i was going to make house on that, I came to know that court has put stay on any construction. I have not got any written intimation about this through ADA till date.
My point is, if the land is controversial then why ADA sold it to me and why I have not got any intimation about this.
Now I want resolution of my problem so that I could make my house on that land.
