I am a retired person aged 65. I have got a land through Allahabad Development Authority (ADA) in shantipuram avaas yojna, phaphamau in 2011 and got it registered through ADA. Now when i was going to make house on that, I came to know that court has put stay on any construction. I have not got any written intimation about this through ADA till date.

Avantika housing scheme me liya. 30/3/2011 ko Registry ke liye A.D.A ne apni calculation kar ke Rs-39000 ka stamp paper ki mang ki. Jo main diya . 30/03/2011 ko A.D.A. se vakil shri gulab Registry karane tahsil karchhana mujhe le kar gaya. Registar ne registry karne se mana kar diya kaha Rs-5800 ka stamp paper kam hai....
