Allahabad Nagar Nigam — Cleaning of Drainage system

I am residents of sohabatia bagh ward no. 25 near durga puja park. I am facing problem of dirty water is entering in our courtyard due to the non cleaning of the Senetary drainage line (Nali) which is situated in the back of our residence.
The drainage line is full of silt because no one take care of it.
I had done complaints several times in nagar nigam but no one came and the situation is still same.
We are worried of dump water in which mosquitoes are also developing.
Kindly look into the matter and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
