Allahabad Nagar Nigam — I am complaining about the street dogs that are extremely harmful for the people.

I am SHUBHAM TIWARI. I live in the area named KYDGANJ. The population of dogs in my area has been increased since last year. They are harmful and also they are infectious. They dirt are streets and also bite if one does not take precaution. I was also got scratched by one of them. They are mad street dogs.
