Allahabad Nagar Nigam — Non issue of Death certificate

My mother late smt prema seth expired in Harsh Hospital on 06.08.21. I submitted application for death certificate in the respective office, near Kutchehry, Allahabad on 12.08.21. More than 15 days have passed, dealing official reply is : Abhi jaach nahi Hui hai, samay lagega.
I, therefore request to please instruct the respective official to do the needful at the earliest.
