Allahabad Nagar Nigam — non working of water tubewell in mundera

I used to be reside at lig 192 neem sarai awas yojna, mundera allahabad - 211011, where from the past two days i. E, 15.10.2018 till today, water supply is halted due to non functioning of water pump, these are festive days where without water supply it is very difficult to fulfill basic needs. Hence i request you to kindly take the corrective action at the earliest possible.
