Allahabad Up Gramin Bank — Transaction failed but amount not refunded

I use atm and have a saving account in your bank at visheshwarganj bahraich. On 13/11/2016 at 18:38 i used atm at idbi bank atm here in gonda it replied please contact your bank but i got informed of transaction of rs.2000/-. Through sms on my registered mobile number. Guard told that the amount will be refunded but still it's not done.
Please take appropriate action.
