IDBI Bank — huge time taking for documents surrender also for proving list of documents and pre closure request

Dear concern,
1) i have an home loan a/c [protected] with idbi bank. I have approached basheer bagh, hyderabad home loan branch for list of documents and pre closure request by paying rs.1180/- cheque which got credited to idbi bank also on 17.10.18 and then i have inquired whether i can get the requested documents on 22.10.18 their from office execute mr pavan said their sales closing started hence they can not provide these documents now. Again on 01.11.18 when i contacted him he said this week i will receive. Today on 12.11.18 still he is saying they have not received the requested...

IDBI Bank — home loan closure and documents

I had submitted the documents and foreclosure cheque to the idbi belapur bank on 17th oct and it was advised that within 15 working days i will get the original documents..
But regret to inform that even after 15-20 days they have not returned my original documents..
I have been following up with them but no success..
There was some system issue in idbi... But why should i get effect of idbis system issue..

IDBI Bank — during the medical emergency account has not unfreeze

Have very bad experience with idbi since yesterday night, i’ve medical emergency since last 5 days and yesterday i’ve to deposit 43000 hospital and for that i’ve borrowed the money from my friend and he has deposited the amount in my account around 2-3 pm (31st oct), now idbi’s pathetic way of working start here.

1. Neither i can transfer the amount in any other account nor i can withdraw it from atm which my friend has deposited in my account for my medical emergency.

We regret to inform you that our account has been freezed since 31.10.2018 without any intimation either from your bank or your head offices. Upon checking they have informed that top management from bank (May be e. D) has taken this decision without bothering to inform to customers/yr branch. Today when I was checking my account, I was shocked to see that 4 transaction of 10000 each have been done at an SBI ATM in Thane sector 10 on 23rd October and on 24th October another 24000 rupees have been withdrawn from thane and Mumbai. I am an NRI. I did not receive any sms on my mobile number about these transaction. They have flushed out all my money...

IDBI Bank — no response from idbi regarding redemption of deep discount bond 96

I invested rs.5300/-for deep discount bond 96 from idbi on 18 march 1996. The face value of same was rs.200000/_. The holder has the option to redeem the bond on any following dates
Aug.1 2000 at rs 10000/_
Dec.1 2006 at rs.25000/_
Sept.1 2011at rs.50000/_
June 1 2016at rs.100000/_
Keeping in view the above dates i have not approached idbi for redumption till now, moreover idbi has also not intimated me regarding discontinuation of deep discount bond. Now one of my friend told me about discontinuation of bonds accordingly i have tried to contact idbi on given...

My dad had purchased idbi deep discount bonds in 1992. On certificate they had given in written after25 years when u redeem the bonds u will get 1lakh. Now after submitting bonds to bank they paid us only 22, 000. Why shud i do. When we contacted bank they told us that they have already forfeited the bonds in 2002. I have made a transaction of rs. 10000 via my idbi debit card to add money into my kotak bank a/c but kotak bank displays transaction failed message and my idbi a/c was debited. I think that after 2 or 3 days it will be refunded. But after lapse of 12 days my money was still not refunded to my idbi a/c. I have talked to customer care and also emailed but no positive response from that side.

Idbi shows the transaction made to citrus payment gateway. The transaction details is rpay-pos/citrus pay etailing mumbai mhin and transaction id was s40751414....

Sir i using my credit card 30/09/2018 the card number [protected] timing is 9:16 pm the payment is deducted in my card 23962 but not credit in reliance gen. i am so many complaints costumer care calls but no solution idbi card team mail me 45 to 180 refund are payment but if i delay the paying outstading bill amountfor 1 day you are charged me 2.5% per month so plz suggest that you are saying me that wait 45 to 180 days so plz confrim hom much intrest your depatment paying me plz sir resolve my problem my complaint number 13763915...
