My account faced so many deductions since last year. Since then, I have been trying to contact bank, home branch and ECS. Although I got the dates and amount deducted but no resolution made by the bank and other vendor.
Please help if anyone could. Please contact for all details.

I have applied for IDBI JAM exam for Agri Asset Officer today. I have paid a fees of Rs 1050 using QR code in my google pay. Amount got credited from my account but my payment is not processed and the status is transaction failure. I request you to refund my amount of 1050.

I Have paid all the EMI of Bajaj Fiserv then too the Amount of 590 and 330 is debited from my a/c in IDBI bank

Savings Account Number[protected] Amrit Saxena & Late Smt Ved Saxena unpaid amount Rs 7000 transferred to RBI. Form filled twice in IDBI Jabalpur Branch but no refund done so far even after multiple visits and even after exhaustive documentation.

Another Joint Savings Account [protected] in name of Late Smt Ved Saxena and Amrit Saxena is also not closed even after multiple reminders and documentation.

I urgently need relief and refund as I have done the documentation in Dec 2019 and June 2023 again but no resolution from branch officials although I was promised for refund.

Dear Indian Consumer Complaints Forum,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter concerning the non-issuance of a home loan insurance policy by IDBI Bank, despite deducting the insurance amount from my account since February 2022.

Upon discovering the issue, I promptly submitted a complaint to IDBI Bank. In response, the bank stated that the policy is provided by Ageas Federal Life Insurance. However, despite this clarification, Ageas Federal Life Insurance has failed to issue the insurance policy, leaving me without the coverage I am being charged for.

This situation is extremely concerning, as I have been consistently charged for an insurance policy that has not been provided. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter with IDBI Bank, as it is their responsibility to issue the policy.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the resolution of this matter. The primary objective is to obtain a refund for the insurance amount deducted from my account, as the service for which the amount is being charged has not been provided.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution. Please feel free to contact me for any additional information or clarification.

Hi I'm Manojkumar Pujari i don't have any EMI pending amount but in my IDBI bank they are deducting amount of 590rs, total 2 times they deducted in this month it is so ridicules please refund amount as soon as possible otherwise I'll take action and I'll close the loan. Please refund my amount please find attached document.

Yesterday i had to pay due so i maintained a correct balance with 200 extra rupees, but yesterday IDBI bank debited 590 rupees for RTN charges Why? It's not a small amount. Because of this, I have to pay an extra amount. If I am not using a check, then why are they charging for that? It's not fair. Just have some ethics or learn it....

Hello sir iam citizen of India . I have a saving account in IDBI Bank chandni chowk Delhi . Yesterday i have a message from idbi bank at 26 dec 2023 8.16 pm (Lien of Rs. 836 marked in your a/c XXXX8435 with the reason 'OTHERS'. Contact Branch for details. IDBI Bank). Then i go to the bank and ask about this bank exicutive tell me gujrat cyber cell lien in your ammount and they don't have any other information please kindly unlien my ammount....

My mother has an account in near branch of IDBI bank. Rs.590 is lost ftom her account 3 times recently, 2 times on 21/12/2023 and one time on 27/12/2023. I will attach the screenshot if last message here.

Issue has been raised one year back. Have sent to emails to all emails provided on IDBI website. Keep receiving repeated automated messages from Customer Care.
Lodged compalint with RBI also. Got a reply that I had not raised comaplaint with IDBI!! Have written them several emails.

Pathetic customer service! Even the response from senior management is non existent!

My amount Rs: 1, 50, 000/- gone in lean, after enquiry the Manager told it's cyber related issue. After requesting several times, provided details after 20 days & some numbers, that contact numbers not responding my calls & messages. Here in the branch not co-operating. Please suggest me, how can I proceed ?
I consulted Advocate & other bank managers, they are suggested to me, 1st go through higher officer's in the bank, if not solve the issue, move legally. Please let me know how should I proceed.
