Allen Career Institute — Regarding recorded classes provided by the institute

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
Since many days I am facing problem with recorded classes. The class recording from 22nd of August are not working whereas all recordings before 22nd August are functioning properly. when i try playing the video I can just see a black screen with an inverted robot like figure on the top left corner of the scree. I raised the issue to the technical support and even called the customer care but I didn't get any positive...

Allen Career Institute — Related to fee refund

I am a student of Allen Dehradun ..As I got admission within 2 or 3 months I leave ..after submitting the fee of whole year but now they are refusing to refund my fees ..Earlier they say if you got selected in govt collage we will refund fee but as I got admission in govt collage now they are refusing to refund my fee ..very bad experience of ALLEN DEHRADUN #DontTrustAllen...
