I have enrolled my son into Allen's online tuition for Class 8 for ICSE + Olympiad program. He has been added to an online virtual class as per my purchase. However, he is having following issues that is not working as per the purchase I have made

I am writing to file a complaint against Allen Career Institute Lajpat Nagar Centre for their unfair refund policy and denial of refund for my child, Tapas Aggarwal (Student ID: [protected]).

We paid ₹1, 14, 600/- for the 1-year course, but due to Medical reasons, Tapas had to discontinue his enrollment. Despite our request, the institute has refused to refund the remaining amount of ₹50, 000/-, citing their refund policy.br...

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
Since many days I am facing problem with recorded classes. The class recording from 22nd of August are not working whereas all recordings before 22nd August are functioning properly. when i try playing the video I can just see a black screen with an inverted robot like figure on the top left corner of the scree. I raised the issue to the technical support and even called the customer care but I didn't get any positive response.
On 26th august I called on the customer care no. and I was assured that the problem will resolve within 8 hours. Its’ been more than3 days problems not resolved yet. I am using a tablet. Every time I was told to check internet connection, or clear cache or other things but nothing working. To check if the problem is in my tablet, I even tried opening those videos from other devices but it didn’t work so I am sure that the problem is from your end.
I humbly request you to give me some solution as soon as possible as I am facing many difficulty in covering my missed classes. If I do not get the solution soon I will be bound to give bad rating to the app.

I am a student of Allen Dehradun ..As I got admission within 2 or 3 months I leave ..after submitting the fee of whole year but now they are refusing to refund my fees ..Earlier they say if you got selected in govt collage we will refund fee but as I got admission in govt collage now they are refusing to refund my fee ..very bad experience of ALLEN DEHRADUN #DontTrustAllen

I am a student at Allen Career Institute of Cuttack, Odisha Campus.
The list of availability of teachers at the doubt counter isn't in sync with the presence of teachers there.
Suppose if timing for doubt counter is 4:00 pm then in some/many cases the respected teacher arrives at 4:30 pm or even late.

The teachers are really great but the availability of them at the doubt counter is problematic if the student is coming from a distance 10 km or more.

Yes, there are other teachers available for doubts but the particular teacher whom the student wants to clear his/her doubts is the best for him/her as they are being taught the same subject in the class.

I would really like to request Allen Career Institute to resolve this issue as my time is getting wasted many-a-times due to this

This is to inform that neet coaching physics faculty name Vibhu sharma from Anna nagar branch, his teaching is very worst and not solving beginner box and not clearing the doubts, kindly change the good faculty and appoint experience teacher for physics neet syllabus......

The Chemistry Faculty of Phase 3 (2023) uses unethical ways to teach, our sir often sexualises women, and often talks about his private (bedroom) life and affairs, encourages students to eve tease girls and often bodyshames students and etc, I have several phone recordings about them and i won't hesitate to take legal action or put those recordings on internet
However i want allen management to look into this matter take appropriate...

My daughter attends NEET batch at Alllen panchkula. She regularly attends the classes and uses transport being provided by the institute.
After dining her class in Allen on 28 May 23 Sunday at 1200 hrs. My daughter kept waiting for her scheduled bus as same was not available or redirected by the Allen for some other purpose. When we called at Allen centre panchkula, they started giving excuses and bus could only be provided after an hour of wait. As parents I am a serving army officer poster near Leh, imagine our plight as how to comprehend the situation. One of the lady who attended the call at Allen named Miss/ mrs Anuj told us ( bus nahi milna itni badi baat nahi hai, and there are other kids also waiting for bus).
It was an statement coming from a lady for our ward made me realised the commitment of the administrative staff for safety and security at your esteem Allen Centre especially when parents are posted at far flung areas.
I even requested to give us clear picture as to parents can make alternate arrangements for picking up the students, however the transport staff kept delaying the issue. They kept saying buses will be provided after five minutes. Clearly the mismanagement at Allen end was being covered up as the transport incharge Mr salim was on leave and the other people officiating on his behalf were clueless.
Then I spoke with mr Jindal for clearing the issue
But same was again brushed aside.
It was an helpless condition for parents like me.
It is requested to address the concern of parents and such incidents to be avoided in future.

I have written the complaint with utmost pain. My son is a student of allen durgapur, class room program since 2021 from classix. Now he is in class xi srg batch. I am residing 300 km away from durgapur. When i had met with any requirements front office staff not behaved properly including mr. J. P. Yadav...

I am studying at Allen Kota in Smarth Building, My complain is when I went to Collect my booklet of allen, there is huge long line but after that spending 1 hours I does not get my sheet because of there is three counter available but the book is being given from single unit. And also many students doesn't get and there Time is also waste. When I talk about Leader there is no Enough Time for Student to get book after 1 hours Leader students doesnt have this much time to get book, So I politely request Please Solve this problem for Students to To save their Time and do study.

This is to inform you that my son who is just 12 years old and studying in class 7 was very enthusiastic when he started going to Allen Career Institute at Dehradun within a month things turned around as he missed one class due to health issues and he was being started torturing by his mentor. We took it as a coaching but they started pressuring the child that he has started getting afraid of the teachers and don’t want to go there due to lot of homework and scolding. I would like Alen Career Institute to refund my money i paid as he didn’t go for a month even. Apart from this i have withdrawn my daughter also who joined in class X Nurture this year and went only for few days and Allen has deducted 25000 Rs from the total what i paid in the starting of the batch. If OFFICIALS AT ALLEN WILL NOT RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT AND DO NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT IN FULL THEN I WILL BE MOVING TO THE COURT FOR FURTHER ACTION.

All the faculties would focus only on toppers. Average students would become more weak.
BIOLOGY is in too detail which doesn't need at all ...papers are from modules which brake the students mind totally.

My sister was studying for Pre-Medical course in Allen Career Institute, kota. Before the completion of first year course, on 13/12/2022, we deposited the entire fees(116000₹) for the next year as advance in the bank account of the institute. Whereas the date of commencement of the course was 27/01/2023.
