Alliance Air — Not responding to customer care number for over an hour

Sir/Madam,
I have booked a flight through MakeMyTrip portal for 09.06.2023 for which I wanted to go for the web check in through alliance air site.But it was showing booking I'd not found.Therefore I tried to contact the customer care number but the remained busy more than two hours.This is totally unprofessional and disappointing thing. I booked this flight for the first time and am totally under disappointment.
