Hello,
This is to lodge a complaint against an ISP, named 'Alliance Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd'. Being a regular customer of Alliance Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd, I was always served the broadband connection with less minor faults.
But few days back, on 2nd March, 2016, I recharged my Internet Connection, and I feel cheated.
Let me explain the scenario. As far as the order of TRAI, “A data connection using any technology that is able to support interactive services including Internet access and support minimum download speed of 512 Kilo bits per second

But Alliance Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd, is allowing me to access Internet with 128 Kbps Down-Link speed and with leat ammount o[censored]p-Link speed. And in a reply of my query, they asked me to pay more to get basic internet speed (as TRAI has asked).
This makes me feel cheated.
With a view to getting the justice, I appeal to you to kindly consider my complaint and look into the matter.
