DISPATCHED IN TWO BATCHES ON 24/06/2025 SOME ITEMS ARE BROKEN, 3 ITEMS WERE MISSING
LATER THEY PLEDGED TO DELIVER THE REMAINING ITEMS IN 3 DAYS, BUT THEN THEY FORGET THEIR PROMISE EVEN AFTER REMINDING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN, LATER WE HAVE TO SEND OUR KNOWN PERSON TO COLLECT IT FROM HUBLI THAT TOO STUFF ARE BROKEN AND ONE ITEM IS STILL MISSING AND THEY TOLD US ITS IN DELHI.
OUR DEAL WAS 25000 INR IN THE BEGINNING LATER THEN CHARGE 28000 INR AND THEN I HAVE TO PAY 1500 INR MORE FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE MISSING ITEMS, SOME SMALL ITEMS ARE STOLEN AND SOME ARE BROKEN THE IMAGE ARE ALL IN THE ATTACHMENT
NOW WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM SUCH COMPANY??
SHORT SUMMARY:
Don't go for this agency, the worst company service I have ever been through till now. summary is that first they quote u the fare amount wat you desire. later after loading ur stuffs they wills tart blackmailing you, they will transfer the call to different person each time you call so that you will get exhausted and agree to their T&C . And @ last they will tell you to pay the full amount before your stuff reach the destination if you dont pay the full amount they will not deliver ur product. And @ last when the stuff reach the destination may be after 15 to 30 days, most of your stuff won;t be in the previous condition.
