Allsec Technologies — TL miss behave and tell a lye for FNF

Respected Sir,
With due respect, I am (Tasleem raeni) and I am employee of your organization at (customer care excutive) with employee ID[protected] and I am working in your respected organization since (23/03/2023). I am staying. I am writing this letter to inform you about the inappropriate behavior of Mr. [Aman Tiwari(29467)], who is the team leader of (card protection plan) department. I want to file a formal complaint against (Aman Tiwari). Being the manager of the department, he should behave well with the employees but his behavior is biased towards the employees. (My resignation notice period was on 12/01/2024 but I had already informed my team leader that due to some other reason I have to do FNF on 8th only, then he said that I will have to talk to the manager, he will tell me what he will do and You will have to talk, I talked to the manager and he said it will be done, talk to HR, I talked to HR and he said it will be done, you will mail me, then when it was decided that it will be done, I talked to my TL and he said ok. I mailed, I got the ticket issued because the ticket is not available sir, the permanent address is 850 km and they mailed on 04/01/2024, after that on 08/01 they harassed us a lot, call our TL, talk to HR, they know because You will have to work today otherwise you will be seen as ABS. I said Sir, I have a ticket, so how should I work today, that is why I had told 20 days in advance, why are they doing like this now and their behavior with me was not right, they shouted at me a lot, very upset. I did it but then when I talked to AM he said I don't know HR will tell me I told HR ma'am I have a ticket today and I had talked to him today my manager is on sir off so HR I can't do anything now he said talk to AGM It will have to be done, then I waited, then she said that today she is also on leave, today it will not be possible but she will try tomorrow, it will be done, then I said that if I go home today, she said it is okay, then the next day when I called, she said that it was not done. Today then the next day I called my TL, he disconnected the call, now if they show me abscond, then how will I join the company again, now tell me, if I do this with anyone, then someone will force someone to join, this employee would abscond because of their behavior. Reason ). That is why I am writing this letter. His behavior is constant (rude/negative/other), which is not good morally at all. I request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action. I hope you will definitely take necessary strict action against (Aman Tiwari).
