Over the last six months, I've worked at Allsec technologies pvt ltd, and I've encountered increasing issues with not being granted time off on Indian festivals, which are government holidays. If a complaint is made, it indicates that we are in an international procedure and so do not observe domestic holidays. Consequently, they claim that we observe domestic holidays exclusively during US holidays. Additionally, we do not have paid leave (PL) or sick leave (SL). Even at stressful times, we females don't receive the appropriate assistance or time off. Today May 1 2024 we are in work. Even TL and Managers are not answering our questions.

Respected Sir,
With due respect, I am (Tasleem raeni) and I am employee of your organization at (customer care excutive) with employee ID[protected] and I am working in your respected organization since (23/03/2023). I am staying. I am writing this letter to inform you about the inappropriate behavior of Mr. [Aman Tiwari(29467)], who is the team leader of (card protection plan) department. I want to file a formal complaint against (Aman Tiwari). Being the manager of the department, he should behave well with the employees but his behavior is biased towards the employees. (My resignation notice period was on 12/01/2024 but I had already informed my team leader that due to some other reason I have to do FNF on 8th only, then he said that I will have to talk to the manager, he will tell me what he will do and You will have to talk, I talked to the manager and he said it will be done, talk to HR, I talked to HR and he said it will be done, you will mail me, then when it was decided that it will be done, I talked to my TL and he said ok. I mailed, I got the ticket issued because the ticket is not available sir, the permanent address is 850 km and they mailed on 04/01/2024, after that on 08/01 they harassed us a lot, call our TL, talk to HR, they know because You will have to work today otherwise you will be seen as ABS. I said Sir, I have a ticket, so how should I work today, that is why I had told 20 days in advance, why are they doing like this now and their behavior with me was not right, they shouted at me a lot, very upset. I did it but then when I talked to AM he said I don't know HR will tell me I told HR ma'am I have a ticket today and I had talked to him today my manager is on sir off so HR I can't do anything now he said talk to AGM It will have to be done, then I waited, then she said that today she is also on leave, today it will not be possible but she will try tomorrow, it will be done, then I said that if I go home today, she said it is okay, then the next day when I called, she said that it was not done. Today then the next day I called my TL, he disconnected the call, now if they show me abscond, then how will I join the company again, now tell me, if I do this with anyone, then someone will force someone to join, this employee would abscond because of their behavior. Reason ). That is why I am writing this letter. His behavior is constant (rude/negative/other), which is not good morally at all. I request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action. I hope you will definitely take necessary strict action against (Aman Tiwari).

I resigned my work from allsec technologies(bangalore) for some personal reasons, As per notice period my last working day is April 30 . they calculated my salary from March 26 to April 24 ( 30 days) I got 14650 as a salary for those days but April 25 to April 30 I didn't get any payment for this 6 days. Already I asked to HR but they didn't respond to me

I am previous employee of Allsec Technologies.I have completed my resignation period and its about 2 year i dont get my experience letter. I have connected to the HR team but they are not helping me. I am facing many issues because of this issue. kindly look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.

Its been more than 10 years since i left the company. Base location was in chennai. Need to claim my PF and pension fund. Unable to get through the right point of contact in the company.

Any help?

Allsec Technologies is the partner for EXL services, they deducted 4 times tax from my salary and are refusing to pay back and said get it afterwards from tax department
They say i had not submitted pan card on time, but I had summited pan card long time ago and also their was no intimation from their side beforehand
they have caused damages as i needed that amount and put the blame on me

I didnt received my relieving letter its been almost 4 months now

My last working day was on 23rd march and I didn't get my reliving letter...

My last working day with Allsec Tech was 16/07/2021. It's been more than 45 days now but I haven't received my reliving letter nor did I receive my full and final settlement. I tried to contact HR manager however I didn't get any response from their end.

I (Aarthy) was the employee of Allsec technologies ltd during the period of (1 July 2019 - 7 February 2020). I had given my resignation on (7 february 2020) I had not received my relieving letter.I could not able to connect with Hr in Allsec technologies because that person has shifted to another company.Could you please help me to get my relieving letter.

I have completed 1 month training afterwards I recieved a payment of 3500, and they said they will compensate next month with full salary after getting into the process, as there was urgent requirement they had conducted a telephonic interview from the client and got selected, so the next month I received was 5750 rs I mean I relocated to work in the process I was promised to receive 10k but didn't receive, all I want to say please dont recruit candidates from other states if you are not able to settle there salary, we are humans not slaves

My name is gowtham working in allsec technologies. We all know that corona virus spreading rapidly where most of the people were dead and the rate of death is getting increased day by day. We do know that our tamilnadu government were implemented 144 from march 24th till march 31st for our safety and requested all government and private companies to issues leaves for all the employees including the owners and higher officials, but still allsec is asking us to come to office daily even during this critical situation. Kindly take action against this company where we really need leave or wfh option to safeguard ourselves.

A} it is so disappointing that such a big company like allsec which just got acquired by leading company ikya/quess corp for so much money is so petty when it comes to matters of payments to the vendor. We did the hiring for them in the month of may & june-2019 for their olx process. And its been 6-7 months they are not at all processing our payments. They use excuses such as no agreement whereas everything was acknowledged over email and...

I joined allsec on 14th oct 2014 and worked till 30 march. For personal reason, i had to abscond without serving notice period. I did not claim the pf after that. Now i want to know the status & withdraw if possible.

What are the details that i should provide.

I am still using the same bank account number provided, with my new employer.

Could i get the uan number? Do i have to appear and provide any documents. Please respond asap.

I have tried to contact the service officer regarding claim settlement but no solution provide from the team

My employee id: kmbl64304 employee name: ritesh kumar reimbursement account number:[protected], raised bill of rs 4500 in allsec technologies but after getting all the approval received from my reporting and their head only rs 500 is credited to the account. Request to kindly provide the appropriate solution why only partial claim is approved.

Delhi allsec management is even pathetic. Most of the employees are females. The Olx managers dont even know how to respect females esp nagarujan and Shalender. There is no pricedure. They find one or the other reasons to expel employees without wven giving any notice. Ideally it should be Verbal Written and RHR before expelling but they force the employees to give resignations(ATL). Yes the PF is deducted from employees salary. They hire employees of internatinal background but their standard of treating them is highly disrespectful. I have seen people seeking help from police also to get their salaries after resignation.
