I would like to inform all of you, firstly all review is fake which you have seen positive regarding this company because this reviews (Laxmikant sharma) write down own employees (Alltoit technologies) and you can check reviews date also, after you will trust that all reviews is fake. Now i am sharing with all of you which kind of react done this company to own employees.. I) first they hired person on starting of march, because that time (Laxmikant sharma (Owner of cheapest company, lowest mentality) have project, so they hired developer, but when december will be start then laxmikant mailed you for meeting purpose and "he will fired you for that time" causes behind that because he do not have project that time (Because us/uk all over goes for christmas vacation). That's why you are not safe inside this kind of company in delhi. Your future is not safe, your carrier not safe. Laxmikant sharma totally play employee carrier, he is not good person.. Ii) fake policy : whatever he will do promises during joining time that all fake Iii) no job security Iv) low pay in joining V) no work life balance Vi) guys plase dont join this company. First they will tell you that they will give u appraisal in 6 months but after some time they fire you for no reason and hire another employee with less salary. Daily they fire 3-4 employees and daily they do recruitment. And believe me all the positive reviews was written by employees who forced by the management to do so. Guys dont let them play with your life please. Vii) advice to management Please dont play with life of employee. One day you all will be punished by god. Ac should be there in some rooms dont save money. Quality of coffee power and tea is very bad.. I am totally disagree with these comments. We are running this company from last 7 years with broad employee branding. We are growing with contribution of our best employees. So please improve your skills first. Do not post any illegal consents about a reputed company.

Dear You have a policy, why you are not mention inside mail. You hired person from the Starting of the year (Such as - March) and fired last of the year months . Which is your core policy (Mr. Laxmikant Sharma ).

So as per as your kind of information your company "www.alltoit.com" has not registered during past 7 years in "Ministry of corporate Affairs " whatever you are attached in comments that are fake and fraud . Let me explain check it, what I have attached . Because I have proof your website is not registered in Ministry of corporate Affairs .

I know it is not your real name. I have already going to file complaint under cyber law act 2001 to misuse of social platform for several companies using fake profiles.
If you are not virtual then come to our office which is situated in Delhi only.
If you have passed LLB then at least you have idea to search company registration under MCA. You are searching our domain name which is totally a wrong method to search company registration.
See attached screenshot of Ministry website with our registration authenticity under Ministry of corporate affairs.
We are registered under MCA with name of ALLTOIT technology.
If you want to discuss come to do meeting face to face. Or Stop posting wrong feedback about all your rivals. You are posting unnecessary comments for other companies who are well recognized company.
