So far, so good. Delhi University is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. Rs 500 has been deducted from my account against payment of individual marksheet (part-1 semester-2) but no fee slip no has been generated or sent by the university. I am not able to access my marksheet as well. Also, I am not able to download free individual semester wise marksheet it shows " No record found". Moreover semester-3, 4 marksheets (which are paid) also show's the same thing...
Hello. I was applying for my provisional certificate online through DU online portal (eSamarth) and I paid ₹500 for it. The amount got deducted from my bank account and still it showed transaction failed and therefore i didn’t get any fee receipt. The same thing happened again. Kindly help me with the same. Please issue me the certificate as soon as possible.
I submitted the fee amount of Rs 500 through Debit card for the migration certificate from the university on 13th June 2023. After loading for a while, it showed transaction failed and the application is still pending.

I have paid fee of INR 1000 to request a set of transcript from the Delhi university. The payment was made on 10/31/2022 and I am also attaching a screenshot as a reference. While the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the transcript was requested was showing that the payment has been failed.

Money was deducted from my account but the Du certificate(Online form) showing no progress, still showing complete your payment.
