Aloe Veda — Payment done but product not received

I purchased items worth INR 530 online on 26th April 2022 from seller, Aloe Veda (aloeveda.com) and made payment through https://www.ccavenue.com. I got a payment successful sms from CCAVENUE with reference number[protected]. It has been 4 weeks and I have still not received my order. Each time I call the seller, there is no response, no revert on mails, not status on tracking id shared. My order ID is[protected]

I would request a refund of INR 530 immediately and report about the fraudulent seller and website.
