We had booked five tickets from cheenai to banglore for travel on[protected] by alok bhartia. My uncle went to return ticket at 11 am since they cancelled travel. Someone from the office staff told him to come later since they didn't have money to return, my uncle went twice but the head came after lunch. At first he refused to pay, but after wasting a lot of time agreed to refund half of th amount. Same day i went to confront he was rough and started abusing and almost pushed me out of the office.
