Well thank you to cc team for this authority that we can openly write our experience with respect to so called companies. I still haven’t received the refund that is due. Alok bhartia's executive told me that it would come in 5 working days and now it has been 5 months.
They have no discipline, no honour in addition to their poor services. You should shut it down because that’s what it needs right now. Don’t bother people with your stupid travel solutions that have no value for money.
