Alok Jaitawat — took an order from me for the bulk purchase and guided me to open pmy phone pe account and transferred the amount twice

Alok jaitwal who is described himself as an army person and send the id proof for the bulk order of dressing meterials through facebook. His amount was 10650 and he told he cannot send directly because he was in army camp, he will go outside with the permission of his boss. Later he call me and told now he was outside of the camp willing to send the money. He told he will send scan picture and i have to receive it, thenonly he can send money into my account and i suspected. I asked again and again and he confusing me and told that it was army merchant account and everyone sending the money like this etc. Etc... He told me if i openrd my phone pay account he will put his number after tjat i have to submit my number. Then i asked him that if i am putting my pin number then it go to send option and also this amount will be debit from my account. Then he told me no sister, then only he can transfer and something like that. Totally i confused and click the send button. Again he told me he didn't put his pin number from there so that the payment debited from my account. So we need try one more and told me to keep balance which was the same payment amount that is 10650/-. After keeping the balance amount he told me do it same process thenonly he can transfer his payment and he will transfer my debited amount also. I did that because i was too confusing and i need bck my debited amount also. After that he told me oh sorry i don't know what happened and going to the officer to complain about the issue just now. He talked to another guy who told me he wasthe officer and let him check what happened. He told me the machine was offline and have to make same procedure. Then i suspected strongly. If machine is offline how he told me to make procedures and also he told me that time he already put his pin number on his machine. I searched google and i was shocked. So many people trapped with this same named person nd gave same army id proof.
