[Resolved]  Alpha Radio Rajoukri — Defective connectors both ends portable car washer

I have Placed Order No. 9701870 Order Placed: 30 Jun 2014 and The order was delivered ( received by my friend as per my request ) As I was not available in my place. After 10 days only I returned to my place and opened the parcel.Looks no problem .Again due to some family problem I am unable to be in my place to check the equipement.Only on 6th Aug I am able to check the Equipment and I found that the self locking connector on both ends of the Water Hose pipe is not properly engaging and heavy water was leaking and there is No pressure coming out of the Nozzel and hence there is no possibility for cleaning the car ( the purpose of the Equipment) Since the connectors are made in Palstics and there is no way I can do some thing on that ( may break ) I just cleaned the Machine and kept it safely.I have immediately reported to Naaptol through which I have placed the order. I have paid Rs 4000 plus for the Machine. I kindly request that The supplier of the Machine will take my complaint in true sense and help me properly so that I will be able to use the machine for the purpose it was purchased ( Car washing ) My phone No is [protected] My e mail Id Is [protected]@yahoo.com Actually I want to take a video to show what is the Natutre of the leakage and the nature of the Pressure . But As I am leaving to Singapore / Malaysia with my wife and Mother and will be back to my place on 2nd September, I will be able to take the video and can be able to send that to the suppliers if they want .
