Naaptol advertised a mini mixie saying it is sturdy and show all types of grains and chutneys being ground in it. Priced at 800, I orderd it with payment option as COD.
Though committed a delivery in 3 days I received the item after a week. The delivery guy showed a QR code for payment. I paid thro paytm app. It was taking time and the delivery guy said it failed and you will get it back later and asked to pay to his number. I paid...

Yesterday I have received magic stick from naaptol and paid Rs.399/- to the courier boy, when I opened it then I recognise that the item is not as per company claim in whats up that this stick is useful for elder as stick and ladies can use it for her protection against bad aliments, but it is purely child play item, when i call them to return it and refund my money they refuse me, so i request you to take action against them....

I believed as usually purchase with NAPTOL. The letter said due to 14th Birthday celebration this prize redeem is going on. I have placed flameless electric stove ECS1 (order number :[protected]. It received on 19th July. But I am not satisfied with it. It is heating too much I don't want to use it anymore.

Dear Sir,

We have received the letter & scratch card from the company on the address from the post office. We have checked the mobile no in true caller they display the no. in Naaptol name.
They asked me to pay 1% and I paid it(11500) and again after sometime 3% also I paid(34500). I thought its fraud and again that CRO officer called and gave the phone call to his manager and bank manager but his call is still working...

I saw an advertisement from Naaptol on television about a product.I ordered the product and it turned out to be of bad quality.I contacted them for a refund but they refused and said that they would provide me with a discount voucher even when they had promised that if the product was not upto the mark they will refund the money within two working days....

Dear Team,

We received a scratch card and letter saying we have won 12Lakh rupees. They are also using HSBC bank name. "gauranteed by HSBC bank".
Its unrealistic to get a prize of 1000rs for free. Getting 12 Lakh was impossible to believe that too in such a pandemic situation where well established companies are also going towards loss.

Kindly take necessary actions against such fraud.
