It is not working....

Order#[protected] of Rimless Adaptive glasses was delivered on 03 June 2025.
The quality of glass is so poor, I suffered headache and watery eyes after using it. I want this product to be returned and a refund of my money...

I have booked a product o[censored]nisex Rechargeable Mini Electric Pocket size shaver (OMN) Item : 51014 for Rs.499/- (Order No.[protected] from Haritu Trading Pvt. Ltd., Secunderabad. But I have received wrong product through Courier Service. I asked the Courier boy about supplying of wrong product, but he replied he does not know where the mistake was happened.

Hence I am giving this complaint to you to send the correct product...

when I started using Blue tooth earpod it is not working. 15-20 mts working after that disconnected....

The product is not working 😞...

I recived a call from a number [protected] claiming to be naaptol person.
He had all my order details from naptol.
As well as my naptol order address.
He had given me information related my previous orders and confirmed me that he is the guy from naptol.

Naaptol does cod with fraud orders . They just know customer address and mobile no and goes on creating fraud order

God know how many more self created order they create

When I asked about email I'd for complaint. They are saying we don't have email I'd

So much fraud they don't have email I'd for consumers in 2023 dec

Yesterday I have received magic stick from naaptol and paid Rs.399/- to the courier boy, when I opened it then I recognise that the item is not as per company claim in whats up that this stick is useful for elder as stick and ladies can use it for her protection against bad aliments, but it is purely child play item, when i call them to return it and refund my money they refuse me, so i request you to take action against them....

I got a lucky draw from naaptol online shopping pvt ltd with scratch and win.. so plz take action these type frauds.

As per telivision advertising 8 pieces of bowl not came in package, only 4 nos. Of bowl received in parcel.
Naaptol is fooling people, they showing 8 pcs of bowl in TV & send only 4.
worst experience ever.
Customer care executive is talking like fool.
Please initiate refund I don't want this product anymore.

I received a registered post to my house on 12th August 2023 from NAPTOL regarding redeem of gift coupon with scratch card. When scratched it shown 840, 000/- prize winner. I believed as usually purchase with NAPTOL. The letter said due to 14th Birthday celebration this prize redeem is going on. AS in the letter we contacted a person and he asked to share the details, i shared the he said that i will receive a mail from RBI as this is a gift...

Hi, This is Karthik I got today ( 22.07.2023 ) one letter including scratch card from speed post by the naaptol and prize amount won 15, 40, 000 rs 1st prize after that I filled my account details in a form and shared in WhatsApp - [protected] which is given in the form.

I have placed flameless electric stove ECS1 (order number :[protected]. It received on 19th July. But I am not satisfied with it. It is heating too much I don't want to use it anymore.

Naaptol people are not all responding. Customer care is very rediculous not supportive. They told courier person will come and pick till now not picked order. They given one number but he is not picking .

I recieved a SMS as well as call saying that i have won the lucky draw for purchasing herbal hair color. i have to send my photo, adhaar copy and pan card copy to have maruti swift dzire delivered at home address with rs 1999/- as registeration fees or alternatively share account number to transfer money equivalent to cost of swift dzire of Rs 7.8 lakh. on enquiring i found the caller was calling from tatanagar. there is no way to verify if i have won the prize. if yes, then why naaptol is not sending email or sms from naaptol numbers?

I was ordered a double bedsheet mattress protector sheet with 2 pillow cover on 30/06/23 throught Naaptol malayalam, and the same delivered on 07/07/23. After checking i found that the ordered item is damaged and very low quality. As per their return policy document, they only provide replacement of the item. By seeing the product i was really disappointed with the quality, so i need my money back from Naptol.

I purchase this product with amounting to Rs.1450. When I received and unlock plastic packet in which magic hose box was already unlock and installing parts were missing from the box and pipe was damaged. Please refund amount or to provide complete magic box with instaling parts.

I received one sms on 16th Mar’2023 . The sms contains I am a 1st prize winner to get a Swift Dizire car or cash prize of Rs. 7, 80, 000/- as a lucky winner of Naaptol company. The person who called me guided to pay registration amount of Rs. 1, 999/- as I opted for cash prize. After that he demanded another Rs. 7, 800/- as 1% of winning prize as a charge and received the amount from me. Again he demanded another Rs.15, 600/- as GST which is refundable amounting to Rs.15, 000/- with winning prize. I stopped paying him. Again he called me and gave option to get the car by paying Rs.1, 999/- without any additional cost. After I made payment one person called me to pay Rs.9, 999/- for filling fuel to deliver the car at my home. I paid the amount in a good faith. After some times, he asked me to pay the Insurance amount of Rs.12, 600/- and I didn’t pay and replied to adjust the amount which I paid earlier against cash prize. He adjusted the amount by my request and asked to pay the remaining amount of Rs.2, 801/- against insurance amount. I paid accordingly and demanded the insurance copy and other registration related documents from him. But unfortunately he didn’t respond that day. In the next day he called me and asked me for another Rs.11, 300/- against toll charges. I didn’t pay and replied to return my entire amount which I paid till now otherwise I will go for police complaint. He replied to pay Rs.2, 999/- as tax to get back my money, but I didn’t pay and replied if police dept. will suggest me I will pay that amount. After threatening him on police ground, he soughted not to go near police, but asked me to pay that tax amount. This was the last conversation with that person.
The calls I received consecutively are [protected] (1st person), [protected] (2nd person-stated as A/Cs dept.), [protected] (3rd person stated as delivery dept.)
