Alpic Finance Limited — Complaining about my bond purchased in 02/1999. No interest is paid till 2021

I purchased a bond of 20k from alpic finance Ltd. None any interest are paid from alpic and their branch offices are closed, HO is not responding. My money is stucked and didn't get as promised. Details of bond are following

Kindly help. To resolve this matter and release my all payments.
