[Resolved]  Alpic Finance Limited — Secured debentures repayment not received

I, Ashok Srinivasan, had invested in the Secured Debentures of Alpic Finance Ltd in 1998 and were due for repayment in 2001. Till date I have neither received the repayment nor any communication. I fail to understand the meaning of SECURED DEBENTURES and also further why Bank of Baroda, Reserve Bank of India, the Insurance Companies & Ministry of Finance do not assist the hard earned investors in getting back their investments. Pls help.
