Amarnath — Account balance deducted for no reason

To my uber account I have added a sum of 350Rs and used only 70Rs. But now it shows up a balance of 105Rs. Why was an extra amount of 150 deducted for no reason??
When asked about this to uber or paytm both deny the fact and blame one another. What's the point when they can't answer simple things and cheat people.
I get the same reply from uber saying how may I help you though I have mentioned the problem several times.
Why don't the customer services be better and why should we struggle for silly things and call everyone for help.
This had happened previously also but was ignored. If this keeps repeating it's pointless for me to stay quite.
I need an action to be taken of why unnecessary deductions have taken place without any notifications??
