Amarprakash — Be ready to be cheated. | |||||
I have given rs.30, 000 to book a house in amarprakash, as the sales team created a false environment like, if you dont book the flat will be gone in minutes. When i cancelled, they are saying, 1% of the total project cost will be taken as Cancellation fee and gave me nothing. If you are a honest person, who like to buy a house using your hard earned money, please avoid this builder. I am a loser. Please dont lose your money like me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi..Last year I paid 1 lakh rupees and booked an apartment with Amarprakash, but by mid of this year I cancelled it due to some personal reasons. However, I did not overcome any issue with the builder as you mentioned, they refunded me the full amount..

Pls don't buy from this builders. Very worst service and cheater too. I am one of the palmriviera customer. I am not satisfied with any service. That location also like slum area. Whatever they said all fake. Csm n crm team was worst service.

They wont properly respond if you give the amount and after that even you will be treat like anything..They can't give response about booking not refund in specified time.
