Amazendeal — they should not refund my money as well as my ordering product

They called me the name was lady is Pooja. And told me buy something from our website and company will provide free gift. I have buy the men's wallet wich cost is around 599. And I am ordering this COD. but these guys send me a payment link through just dial.. For the payments I'll pay the amount. After that they called me and told me about the prize. I chose the laptop then they called me for the you pay the GST amount of the product wich is around 15000 after paying this. They again called me for the insurance. I denied this offer then they told me if you don't pay the insurance money company will provide the things wich is equal the amount. They called me everyday for the insurance mony.. Virat kaushik who told herself is the boss of that company and told me on my guaranty you will pay the amount. N I am pay the amount which is 14000 rs. After that they told me next day your product is damaged. So company will provide full refund.. These guys never told you for there terms and conditions. After all this dram they told me if you want your money back then send 22500 rs for the mony releasing from the bank. Then again I denied this and not pay the amount. And now they told me your money was couldn't not refund you have to buy some product from our site.. I say that OK please provide me the list they didn't answer properly. I am almost pay around 30000 rs.. I have all the payments receipt. I am facing this problem last 2 months pleas don't buy any products from this company.. If anyone reading this please once you thought. I am not sure that my money is refunded by them not They provide the things..
