Telephonic convervation with jyoti sharma.
My order no. # 2034 booking amount rs. 599/= on dated 24 jan 2019 till now m not received product. After i received call from amazendeal conversation with jyoti sharma she saying that u won price from my company side u can chose the product after that i chose apple iphone 7, she asking gst amount rs. 8150/= that amount paid on dated 24 jan 2019. After that sudden she asking insurance amount.
I request u that i am anable to pay any amount please send my purchase product and refund my gst amount otherwise u can send without insurance. Because i already purchase online through flipcart, amazon received without insurance.
Please do asap.

Mere pas amazendeal ki tarafse ek call aya, mene ek strimmer machines 30 november ko kharidatha jiski price rs699 hai lekin avi 25 december ho gaya na mera product mil raha hai na mera paisa. Customercare ko 15 bar call kar chuki hun lekin unhone 4 baje call koro, apka tracking id show nehni ho raha hai, apa gift nehni lenge to apaka product nehni miles bata rahe hai or finally call disconnect kar dete hai.

They informed me that i am eligible for the price i phone 7 plus
They asked me to pay the gst amount of 8150
Then insurance amount of 15865
Then payment of releasing id 22500
Then activation of releasing id 18800
And then for my email activation 11650
But now they are asking me for kyc upadate of 45000
Sir i have paid all the amounts
I have paid 77450 to this company
I am in a vey bad situation
I have to return the money to everyone
For the last amount i paid i was said that it is the final amount but now they added this kyc. This is not fair with me..
I m in a very bad condition
I just request this company to give my payment back.

They called me the name was lady is Pooja. And told me buy something from our website and company will provide free gift. I have buy the men's wallet wich cost is around 599. And I am ordering this COD. but these guys send me a payment link through just dial.. For the payments I'll pay the amount. After that they called me and told me about the prize. I chose the laptop then they called me for the you pay the GST amount of the product wich...

Says to pay gst and insurance and other charges. Fraud big amount and say prize not for you.
