I recently purchased a watch from Amazfit(T-Rex Pro).The product got delivered on 4th December.The product delivered was damaged(not physical damage).The display isn’t getting switched on when I tap the screen and the raise to wake function is not working properly.The touch screen doesn’t work only when I tap the screen to switch on the display.I returned the product within in the next 2-3 days.According to their company policy I must get a refund or a new product.I mailed them about this and the service was very disappointing.i asked them for a refund or a new product and they said that the product is out of stock and they don’t when it will get restocked.Yesterday 26th of December I got the same watch delivered, It was not a new product and issue wasn’t solved.I tried calling their customer care number but it’s switched.
