I recently purchased a watch from Amazfit(T-Rex Pro).The product got delivered on 4th December.The product delivered was damaged(not physical damage).The display isn’t getting switched on when I tap the screen and the raise to wake function is not working properly.The touch screen doesn’t work only when I tap the screen to switch on the display.I returned the product within in the next 2-3 days.According to their company policy I must get a refund or a new product.I mailed them about this and the service was very disappointing.i asked them for a refund or a new product and they said that the product is out of stock and they don’t when it will get restocked.Yesterday 26th of December I got the same watch delivered, It was not a new product and issue wasn’t solved.I tried calling their customer care number but it’s switched.

    I had purchased amazfit bip u smart watch on 27/10/2022...
    But after fully charge it wil drain in 6hours...
    Please refund or replace my product...

      I purchased a watch last year in November and it had battery draining issues plus tracking was incorrect so I returned it in may and they fixed and sent it back. Watch that I received was further broken and since July 1st week I have been asking them to pick up the watch. Finally they did in sept second week by lying multiple time and not replying properly. Now they haven’t sent a replacement yet and I asked for extended warranty since I never had a functioning watch but they are not giving that for more than 3 months and they take more than 3 months to pick up the watch even

        I sent my GTR2 Watch worth INR 13000 for Repair and they sent back some other watch worth INR3K instead.Despite multiple follow ups from one week I did not get any response from them.They agreed on the email as well that they sent another watch.i have all the proofs regarding that and well documented in email.Even the watch received has Service Centre commments and a different tracking number than the one shared to me.I am attaching pics of item received and item mentioned on Job Card.Item received has some strap issue whereas my watch had Boot loop SW Issue.We need to ban this company as many people have similar complaints against them.

            I am Ravindra Rapaka and placed an order of smart watch with order number #14943 from Amazfit and the courier company Blue dart express with shipment number Bluedart #[protected] (they said they returned it back to Seller). I have given my full residential address with each minute information possible. I never ever received any product. I reached multiple time and multiple channel mailed and called and whatsapp. Amazfit not at all replying to anything.

            I paid around 10, 000 rupees. Is this service they are providing. I feel like cheated.
