Amazfit India — Customer Care services horrible & no responsive

Bought a smartwatch amazefit Trex on 15th June 2022.
Wanted a exchange within 7 days of purchase due to product specifications not suitable for my use. Wanted to exchange for a higher model.

Toll free numbers not functional or no response to rings.

WhatsApp helpline number no response.

Email Communication established, but since after 17th June 2021, there is no further response to my queries. Today also I tried to contact them, but no response yet.

I am really worried about this vendor operating in India.

they have worst service I brought same watch with grey color which shows heart rate of any surface and air, so I sent it to service center then they sent back black color watch without resolving any issue . really worst service.
